To Whom It May Concern:

As a resident of Monticello Park, I first heard about Brian Hansen's business, Grounds and Hounds, by reading an article he wrote in the neighborhood association's newletter. Impressed by his sensitive approach to encouraging pet owners to be more responsible, I decided to contact him the next time I went out of town.

I have two cats. They each have a special diet and they each have individual personality quirks which can be frustrating to anyone who takes care of them. Brian seemed very knowledgable about cats in general, and comfortable about my cat's unique needs. Jonah, my very shy, wary cat even seemed to trust him.

I've used Grounds and Hounds 3 times in the last month. Each time, Brian has responded to my request for services in a professional and prompt manner. I especially appreciate the detailed log of services he leaves behind for me. I have been able to focus on my trips without any worry about the welfare of my cats.

I will continue to use Grounds and Hounds whenever I leave town. I can highly recommend Grounds and Hounds without any reservation to anyone who may be considering it. I believe Brian Hansen's business provides a much needed service in our community. His presence is an asset to Monticello Park.
